Coaching Philosophy
I believe that coaching is an investment in unlocking your true potential. Success requires: a willingness to be curious about your current beliefs and behaviors; a commitment to articulate your goals; and an openness to change.
As your coach, I am your confidante, accountability support, and partner on your journey. My role is to provide a safe, confidential space for you to explore what you want most from your career and your life and to collaborate with you to craft a plan to make it happen.
If I have done my job well, you will leave every coaching session feeling listened to without judgment, invited to explore new possibilities, celebrated, and empowered to take the best next step forward.
Coaching Engagement
- We begin by discussing where you are today relative to where you’d like to be – your definition of success – and completing an assessment (e.g., Myers Briggs, Energy Leadership Index) to gain insight about your preferences and patterns of behavior.
- We work together to articulate your goals and outline realistic plans to bring them to fruition.
- We speak regularly to evaluate your progress, work through challenges, and celebrate your successes.
